Linktel Technologies Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 武汉联特科技股份有限公司; pinyin: Wǔhàn Liántè Kējì Gǔfèn Yǒuxiàn Gōngsī) is an Chinese photonics technology company specializng in optical communication transceiver modules for data centers, telecommunications, and wireless infrastructure. Founded in 2011, the company became publicly traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s ChiNext board on September 13, 2022 (SZSE: 301205).[1][2]
With operations in the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, and China, Linktel develops optical I/O solutions for global customers. As of 2025, the company holds approximately 200 patents in optical communication technologies.[3]
History
[edit]In 2011, Linktel Technologies was established.[1]
In 2018, Linktel began global expansion with the establishment of a U.S. subsidiary and corresponding international patent filings. This was followed by the launch of manufacturing facilities in Malaysia (2023) to serve worldwide customers.[4]
In 2022, the company completed its initial public offering (IPO) on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, raising approximately US$102 million. During its first year as a public company, Linktel's market valuation increase significantly, with its share price rising 769% in the first half of 2023.[5]
