macOS Tahoe (version 26) is a twenty-third major version of MacOS developed by Apple inc.[2] It was announced on June 9, 2025 at Apple Worldwide Developers Conference.[3][4]

macOS Tahoe has a new design called "Liquid Glass" which included in app icons and desktop.[5] It has a ChatGPT and other AI models for Xcode.[6] It has a phone app and live activities.[7][8] Spotlight lets users take hundreds of actions.[9] Users able to create and vote poll in iMessage.

Development and supported devices

The first developer beta of macOS Tahoe has been released on June 9, 2025. macOS Tahoe is the last update for Intel Macs.[10]
