Menlo Microsystems is an American MEMS company that develops MEMS switches for RF and Power Electronics applications. The company was formed in 2016 when it was spun off from GE Ventures[1].
Funding
[edit]The initial Series A funding round of $18.7M was announced on Dec 6, 2016.[2] A $44M Series B was announced in October 2020[3] and a $150M Series C in March 2022[4].
Products
[edit]The company's first product was the MM3100, a 6-channel SPST MEMS switch[5]. The company now offers a range of RF switches
In May 2025, Menlo Microsystems announced a new power switch architecture based on the MM9200, which is designed for advanced power distribution and control systems to 10MW[6].
