Noel Christina Frame (born March 26, 1980) is an American politician serving as a Washington state senator for the 36th district. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served in the Washington House of Representatives, representing the same district.[2][3]
She has introduced legislation adding members of the clergy to the state's list of mandated reporters, requiring clergy to report suspected child abuse or neglect even if learned through confession.[4] The bill was signed into law following the 2025 legislative session.
