Punchmade Dev, (born Devon Isaak Turner;[2] October 16, 2000[3]) is an American rapper and songwriter based in Lexington, Kentucky.[4] Best known for the popularization of scam rap, a sub-genre of hip hop,[5] he has produced various songs and videos relating to fraud, such as a "Wire Fraud Tutorial",[6] "Internet Swiping", and "Million Dollar Criminal"[7] which have obtained several million views on social media platforms.[8][9]
In the earlier phase of his career, Turner performed under the moniker OBN Dev.[10]

Punch Empire markets digital “methods” and account “logs” to subscribers,[11] while Punchmadeofficial.com hosts blog posts about his videos and offers various web tools to its users.[12] Public WHOIS records list Turner (Devon Isaak Turner, born 16 October 2000) as registrant for both domains,[13][14] confirming direct ownership.
