Radware Ltd. is a U.S.-based company specializing in cybersecurity and application delivery solutions for physical, cloud, and software-defined data centers.[1] While its corporate headquarters is in Mahwah, New Jersey, the company maintains a strong global presence with offices across Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. Radware's global headquarters is located in Israel.[2] It is part of the Rad Group and is publicly traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

Radware was founded in April 1997, with Roy Zisapel serving as President, CEO, and Director since its inception.[3] The company went public in 1999 with an initial public offering and was subsequently listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Roy Zisapel currently owns a 3.4% stake in Radware, while his father, Yehuda Zisapel, is the largest shareholder, holding a 15% stake in the company.[4]
