Rahava or Rogovo (Belarusian: Рагава; Russian: Рогово) is a village in Minsk District, Minsk Region, Belarus located 30 kilometres (19 mi) north of the capital Minsk.

As of 2025 it is the administrative center of the Sharshuny rural council, for historical reasons. It is planned to move the administration to an agrotown, as with other rural councils that include agrotowns.[2][better source needed] Previously it served as the administrative center of Rahava rural council [be].[3]

History

Greek-Catholic church of St. George was built here in 1814 by landowner Wołodkowicz.

Parishioners-Uniates converted to Orthodoxy in 1839, since 1868 has been a transition of Catholics.

Newer stone church of St. Constantine and Elena, built at government expense, was consecrated on 8 September 1869.
