Career
[edit]Founding Namma Family Builder & Developer
[edit]Karthik began his career in the real estate sector, focusing on market analysis, infrastructure development, and the competitive landscape of the industry. In 2016, he founded Namma Family Builder & Developer in Guduvanchery, Chennai. Initially, the company focused on real estate development, with early projects in the fast-growing Guduvanchery area. By 2017, it expanded into plot resales, which proved successful and led to further growth in Tamil Nadu[1][5]
Expansion and Diversification
[edit]Between 2018 and 2020, the company diversified into new sectors, including the import-export business. Namma Family Builder & Developer was incorporated as a private limited company in 2020. By 2023, the company had employed over 160 full-time employees and 900 laborers, completing more than 1,000 projects and serving over 10,000 clients across India and internationally, including in the United States, United Kingdom, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.[6][7]
Athletics Leadership
In addition to his business ventures, Ponnusamy Karthik was recently elected as the President of the Villupuram Tamil Nadu Athletics Association[2]. Under his leadership, government-supported sports events have been organized, including state-level marathon competitions.[4][3]
Philanthropy
