Submission declined on 28 June 2025 by MCE89 (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. The content of this submission includes material that does not meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. Please cite your sources using footnotes. For instructions on how to do this, please see Referencing for beginners. Thank you.

Through platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Bilibili, Medyk provides immigration-related news and explanations, amassing a combined following of over 400,000.

ImmigrateAI Global
In 2024, Medyk launched ImmigrateAI Global, a software company that applies AI to the immigration process. Often described as "the TurboTax for immigration," the platform assists users in preparing visa and permanent residency applications, flagging red flags, generating documentation checklists, and providing personalized recommendations.
ImmigrateAI Global received support and funding from Invest Nova Scotia and Springboard Atlantic. The platform expanded rapidly, reaching over 30,000 users in 140 countries by the end of 2024. Its two flagship tools are Student Visa Express and PR Compass.
In June 2025, Medyk launched PR Compass, an AI-powered tool designed to help healthcare workers, construction professionals, and other high-demand skilled immigrants navigate Canada’s PR system. The launch event was hosted by Nova Scotia Health and attended by government officials including Minister Jill Balser and MLA John A. MacDonald.

Medyk has led the company into several strategic partnerships, including with liv.rent, CanApply, and Re-Defined. He has also presented at Web Summit Vancouver 2025, where ImmigrateAI Global signed two MOUs with CanApply, a Canadian edtech platform, and Re-Defined, a career platform.
Advocacy and Recognition
Medyk’s work has been featured in several media outlets including CTV News, Global News, Entrevestor, and Invest Nova Scotia. His platforms have been credited with helping reduce visa refusals and inefficiencies, particularly among international students.
In 2025, Medyk was selected as a delegate for Canada at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa, as announced by Futurpreneur. He was one of three Nova Scotia entrepreneurs chosen for the delegation.
He has collaborated with and interviewed several senior Canadian political figures, including Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland, Premier David Eby, and Ministers Sean Fraser, Tim Houston, Rechie Valdez, and Jenna Sudds.

Personal Life
Medyk resides in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Outside of work, he enjoys beach walks and moments of quiet away from the fast pace of entrepreneurship. He is also committed to mentoring young entrepreneurs, especially those from immigrant and underrepresented backgrounds.
