265 kW version of BMW N55 engine
Hi @1292simon. I noticed that you deleted the information in the article BMW N55 about the N55B30T0 version. I was wondering if this was an accidental deletion. This version is listed by BMW as being used in the BMW X4 M40i. There are some blogs speculating that it is also used in the BMW M2, but I have not seen an official publication confirming this. My Gussie (talk) 03:39, 18 January 2016 (UTC)
- Hi Gussie. Thanks for making the effort to discuss this, I really appreciate it. I removed those models because the information I saw indicated that they would use the upcoming B58 engine, but it now looks like that is incorrect. Sorry about that. If there isn't an official announcement yet on the M2 engine, my preference would be to hold off from adding the M2. But if you think it's worth having there now, I respect your judgement. Cheers, 1292simon (talk) 09:30, 18 January 2016 (UTC)
- Hi @1292simon. I have made the changes to add the N55B30T0 version back to the article. I agree that it's still premature to list the M2 changes until official confirmation is available from BMW. What I have a read is that the M2 will not have the B58 engine yet, and that the power output is the same as the X4 M40i, but I have not seen an explicit statement of the type of engine that is fitted. My Gussie (talk) 23:09, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
- Sounds good. Thanks for adding it back in. 1292simon (talk) 00:31, 23 January 2016 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. BMW E21
Hi mate, I just added an interior shot for the BMW 3 Series (E21) article please see. --EurovisionNim (talk to me)(see my edits) 14:05, 9 July 2017 (UTC)
- Great, thanks for that. Also, nice work finding the E21 interior pic! I admire your searching skills, very impressive that you tracked down a photo with "interior" written in polish. Cheers, 1292simon (talk) 09:00, 10 July 2017 (UTC)
- Just search the E21 categories on Commons. You can find this interior shot with ease in the 316 cat. Also, it is easy to tell that this is a 315 or 316 as it lacks the rev counter and has an analogue clock instead. Best regards, --Jojhnjoy (talk) 09:12, 10 July 2017 (UTC)
