Living organisms within many bilaterian phyla do not produce sexually, therefore "all" does not apply. In both asexual and hermaphroditic organisms, males and females do not have differentiated gonads, therefore they have nothing to do with this article on "testicles." Assuming the editor who added "in alll bilaterians" was referring to organisms which reproduce sexually, I corrected bilaterians to gonochoric w/link)
