Spumoni
Spumoni (sg.: spumone) is a molded gelato made with layers of different colors and flavors containing candied fruits and nuts, with the main three flavors being pistachio, cherry, and chocolate (or sometimes vanilla). Its origins date back to the end of the 19th century in the Italian city of Naples, Campania.
