For the main challenge, the contestants play the Snatch Game. Gigi Hadid and Chanel Iman star as the celebrity guests. Following are the contestants and impersonated celebrities:

The runway category is "Night of a Thousand Madonna's". Thorgy Thor, Derrick Barry, and Naomi Smalls present kimono looks based on the "Nothing Really Matters" music video, while Kim Chi does another kimono based on the "Paradise (Not for Me)" music video. Acid Betty's look is based on the "Bedtime Story" music video, Robbie Turner's on A League of Their Own, Chi Chi DeVayne on the Blond Ambition Tour, and Bob the Drag Queen on Madonna's 2013 GLAAD Media Awards red carpet look.[4][5]

Bob the Drag Queen, Derrick Barry, and Thorgy Thor receive positive critiques, and Bob the Drag Queen wins the challenge. Acid Betty, Naomi Smalls, and Robbie Turner receive negative critiques, and Robbie Turner is deemed safe. Acid Betty and Naomi Smalls face off in a lip-sync content to "Causing a Commotion" by Madonna. Naomi Smalls wins the lip-sync and Acid Betty is eliminated from the competition.
