p' and r' Equations

Is there a reference needed for the posterior probability equations to show a derivation based on Bayes' Theorem? I can't seem to find documentation on Wikipedia so an external reference may be valuable. JeffreyBeckman (talk) 17:44, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bayesian search theory used for MH370

I am pretty sure they used this methodology to search for MH370 that went down

unknown in the Indian Ocean.
