Change: “high (2.51%) and maternal mortality rates (73.1 deaths per 1000 births).” To: “high (2.51%) and maternal mortality rates (66.9 deaths per 100,000 births).”

This is to update the statistic as well as to correct a typo (should be “per 100,000” instead of “per 1000”).
