The contents of 500d was merged into Canon EOS 500D on May 25, 2009. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. For the discussion at that location, see its talk page.

Picture

With regards to the picture of the camera, I think this picture is superior: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Canon_Rebel_500d_T1i_white_background_desaturated.jpg
