Subsection "Role"

What happened here? The first two paragraphs make sense, the rest, however, does not. ALL CAPS are usually not used in Wikipedia; also, the content appears to be totally nonsensical, structurally and syntactically speaking. Does most of the content, starting from "THUS, in ABSENCE [...]" to "not to wish to interfere)."", not belong somewhere else entirely? I have no clue about this topic, but someone who has worked on this article maybe should go over it to see if there has been some kind of clumsy (read malicious) editing going on. 141.201.151.51 (talk) 12:30, 30 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
