[edit]Subject: Request to Contest Speedy Deletion of "Cytocompatibility" Article (CSD G11)
Dear Editor,
I respectfully contest the proposed speedy deletion of the Cytocompatibility article under CSD G11 (advertising or promotion). The intention of the article is strictly to provide a neutral, encyclopedic overview of a well-established scientific concept in the fields of biomaterials, tissue engineering, and biomedical engineering.
Cytocompatibility is not a proprietary product, organization, or brand, but a broadly recognized technical term used in peer-reviewed literature, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 10993-5), and academic discourse. The article was carefully written to describe the definition, significance, evaluation methods, and applications of cytocompatibility in an objective and informative manner, following Wikipedia’s Manual of Style for scientific topics.
If certain parts of the article appear promotional in tone, I am happy to revise or remove those portions to ensure full compliance with Wikipedia’s neutral point of view policy. However, the core content is substantial, factual, and informative, and should not be subject to deletion under G11, which is intended to address blatant promotion or spam.
I kindly request that the article be retained and improved collaboratively, rather than deleted outright. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Hyeong Bin Rheem
