No mention of Eddard Stark? WTF? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.153.180.206 (talk) 14:48, 31 May 2012 (UTC)
The translations (and more of course) are now all at Wiktionary. Vildricianus 13:33, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
Is a former mayor of a town with a tiny population of ~12000 really a notable occurrence of 'Edward'? I can't think what it adds to the page. 85.210.15.228 (talk) 22:14, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
Thought those were short for "Theodore." Remove? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.130.14.76 (talk) 15:31, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
- "Ted" is a short for both "Theodore" and "Edward". Some nicknames cover multiple names. — al-Shimoni (talk) 05:23, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
I could not find any reference online to this diminutive of Edward. It's also not cited anywhere in the article nor is there any listing of a famous person with that name. I am thinking it's a typo? If you Google Erd you'll learn a lot about entity relationship diagrams but I didn't find a single person with this name. Planning to remove it unless somebody objects.~~MP FranMichael (talk) 00:36, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
