Confusing?
[edit]I think this page should simply explain the basic premise of an express trust, i.e. that it is a written or oral trust not implied by law. The types of trust (express or otherwise) are dealt with elsewhere (e.g. Trust Law) and the other information here just serves to confuse what is a fairly basic idea. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.231.141.214 (talk • contribs) on 13 February 2007.
I agree! This article is rather marble-mouthed. Perhaps the author took inspiration from the "hide the ball" writing technique that is so prevalent in legal treatises. It should begin with a simple definition, beginning with "An express trust is..." Ex0pos (talk) 06:03, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
