Differences with AI in government

Other uses of Artificial intelligence in government are mostly specific policies.

For example: facial recognition.

LLMs are also used in the formation of policy, the writing of speech. This is a different tier in processes of governance, so I think it deserves its own page. Landpin (talk) 19:08, 6 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I am skeptical that this merits its own article and should not simply be merged with Artificial intelligence in government. Your argument that this is distinct because policies are being formed by AI is not supported by the content of this article. Of the many listed examples in this article, I count somewhere between 1-3 that show a government using ChatGPT to form "policy" (definitely fewer if by "policy" you mean "laws").
