"an" vs "and" in initial paragraph

The sentence…

"It can be a form of a memorial, and address or petition, or a ceremony of remembrance or commemoration."

…seems not quite right.

1) I believe that "and address" should be "an address".

2) Should "It can be a form of a memorial" be instead "It can be in the form of a memorial"? TheFauxFoe (talk) 05:46, 23 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
