[edit]Predator Badlands is the sixth movie in the franchise, not the seventh. Not confident enough to edit this myself, just made n account to let someone know. Krullma (talk) 21:26, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- Badlands will be the seventh in the franchise, since there's another Predator movie that will be released first. [1]. David O. Johnson (talk) 21:31, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for letting me know. My apologies, haven't heard anything about it. Krullma (talk) 21:37, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- The animated film should be counted separately, not part of the live-action films. 89.215.226.170 (talk) 21:30, 30 May 2025 (UTC)
- No evidence that indicates the animated film is set in a different continuity. From a real-world perspective, they're part of the same franchise. InfiniteNexus (talk) 21:33, 30 May 2025 (UTC)

- There is no consensus to treat the animated films separately from the live-action films and you have not explained why you believe that should be the case. InfiniteNexus (talk) 17:27, 3 June 2025 (UTC)
- What should I explain, as everyone has their own view of things, but here's an example: animated films are not written in live-action films. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformers_(film_series) 89.215.226.170 (talk) 21:07, 3 June 2025 (UTC)
- Transformers One and The Transformers: The Movie are not listed on that page because they are explicitly not part of the live-action continuity. As I have stated above, there is currently no evidence that Predator: Badlands is not part of the live-action continuity, so we assume that it is unless revealed otherwise in the future. In fact, we've seen plenty of clues that they do share the same continuity, starting with the fact that it's directed by the director of Prey and the allusions to Alien vs. Predator. InfiniteNexus (talk) 21:54, 3 June 2025 (UTC)
- Update: the end credits are out and confirm that musical themes from both Predator and Prey will be reprised, and the project profile states that the film is
set in the Predator universe
. This should leave no further doubt. InfiniteNexus (talk) 03:16, 4 June 2025 (UTC)- Predator: Badlands is set in same canon of films this is sure 89.215.226.170 (talk) 07:36, 4 June 2025 (UTC)
- It is not clear what year in the future the film takes place, but it may be known in the future. 89.215.226.170 (talk) 07:37, 4 June 2025 (UTC)
- I'm glad that they are filming for future projects Prey 2 and Alien vs Predator 3 89.215.226.170 (talk) 07:56, 4 June 2025 (UTC)
