I have seen more than one article describing Senbei when introduced to Japan from China as being made from Potatoes. Potatoes area New World flora originating in Peru I question the validity of the suggested ingredients. The original ingredients may have included some other tubor and could be made from Potatoes now. RichardBond (talk) 17:11, 25 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
