Why doesn't Toppings have an article in general?

I was looking for an article for a school project, but guess what? I had searched toppings, but no article existed. It's like if you search up flavors, ice cream is one of the few that pop up. Just like ice cream, pizza just randomly appears. Instead of it just being pizza, why not toppings in general? Just some feedback, but I'd be very pleased if an article gets made later on.
