Add a link to The Beatles at the beginning of their paragraph in the "Culture" section. Not something super important, but I think it should be there. Quantum684 (My talk page) 13:48, 15 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: There is a link to The Beatles in the previous paragraph; see MOS:REPEATLINK. Day Creature (talk) 00:06, 16 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Two images of financial centres

[edit]

Do we really need two images of financial centres in the economy section? With London already being the principal financial centre in Europe, I think having the one image of it already gets the point across that the UK plays a leading role in finance, and the other image of Edinburgh should be replaced with something else. So firstly please update GDP of Britain

Nominal GDP 2026 Estimate: 3459.00 USD Billion

Nominal GDP per capita 2026 estimate: $48,417

GDP PPP 2026 Estimate: $53,805

GDP PPP per capita 2026 estimate: 53,805 US

Please accept these figures, I do not know how to use citations. You can check the figures by searching them up but I am not the kind of guy who annoys people

Can somebody add a line about AUKUS and Five Eyes in the Foreign Relations chapter under Politics? I’d suggest after the line about relations with Canada, Australia and NZ. TheHandofFear (talk) 19:26, 8 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. If you want something to be included in the article, please propose the exact text you want to add. Day Creature (talk) 15:56, 9 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

FA Cup Photo

[edit]

If anyone is at the FA Cup Final today, can you take a new good photo with no bias to one team or the other and upload to wikipedia commons? Then someone can look at updating it (if it's good enough). 117PXL (talk) 11:25, 17 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

In the demographics section under migration, it says this. Verbatim.

"The most common origins of those naturalised in 2024 were, Pakistani, Indian, Nigerian, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Italian, Turkish, Romanian, Iranian and Iranian"

It should say:

The most common origins of those naturalised in 2024 were, Pakistani, Indian, Nigerian, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Italian, Turkish, Romanian, and Iranian 148.88.245.170 (talk) 09:17, 23 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed. Thanks for the alert. HiLo48 (talk) 09:56, 23 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
