Toshina, also called Tosina, is a village and gram panchayat located in the Maulasar panchayat samiti, Chhoti Khatu Tehsil of Didwana-Kuchaman district in the state of Rajasthan, India. It lies in the Marwar region, characterized by its semi-arid landscape and proximity to the Thar Desert. Toshina is situated approximately 35 km from the district headquarters of Didwana-Kuchaman district. The village is located at the geographical coordinates of 27.1815466°N latitude and 74.5314431°E longitude. It covers a total geographical area of 1,529 hectares. The elevation of Toshina is approximately 342 meters above sea level. The village is surrounded by other villages such as Thebri (4 km), Khojash (6 km), Kharwaliya (7 km), Asarwa (8 km), and Saniya (10 km). The nearest major cities include Makrana,Kuchaman City, Didwana, Chhoti Khatu. The state capital, Jaipur, is approximately 152 km away.

According to the 2011 Census of India, Toshina has a population of 4,662, with 2,408 males and 2,254 females, resulting in a sex ratio of approximately 936 females per 1,000 males. The village has a literacy rate of 52.21%, with male literacy at 63.83% and female literacy at 39.80%. There are approximately 835 households in the village. The primary language spoken is Marwari, with Hindi, English, and Urdu also used in the region.[4]
