Tsuivan (Mongolian: Цуйван) is a Mongolian noodle dish with meat and vegetables. It is one of Mongolia's most popular dishes.[citation needed]

Etymology

The word tsuivan derives from the Chinese 炒餅[1] (chǎobǐng), literally "fried shredded pancake"
