User:Babel AutoCreate

This account is part of the Babel extension and as such it is an automatic script and is not a bot in the usual sense. It automatically creates categories based on language levels added by users. The username can be configured through MediaWiki:Babel-autocreate-user. It is currently blocked on the English Wikipedia, but continues to run on some other wikis.
