Mugabiirwe Bernard Bingwera
[edit]Mugabiirwe Bernard comes from Uganda, one of the five countries currently forming the East African community. The rest in the Community are Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi. Mugabiirwe hails from the district of Isingiro which lies at the border with northern Tanzania Just across river Kagera.
Family Background
[edit]Mugabiirwe was born in 1979. Because of uncertain conditions surrounding his birth, he had to live with one parent (Father) and the step mother for all the life through the teen age, and since the mother died in 1999, that was to be the case for all his life. Born in a polygamous family, there were two step mothers but one died shortly after separating with the husband (Father). The family is located in Kisyoro Parish, Kabuyanda sub-county in Isingiro district which was formally part of the vast Mbarara district in Western Uganda. His family is part of the big extended family. He has more than five living grand fathers, many grand mothers, several uncles and numerous brothers and sisters. James Rwabujere is the blood grand father and he is the second eldest among grandthers, only second to John Mutondo - the deceased.
