Hi, I'm Mahogany! I started editing wikis in 2015, beginning with fan wikis and eventually maintaining my own wiki where I maintain both real and fictional stories that matter to me. Wikipedia, as the free encyclopedia, is one of the modern projects that gives me the most hope for collective human action. While I expect a bit of a culture shock as I enter a community that has as rich a history as Wikipedia, I look forward to improving as a wiki editor and contributing to this huge collection of knowledge.

I've made sparse edits since 2022 but have kept myself distant because I did not feel that I could handle the responsibility of contributing to writing that is seen by hundreds of thousands of people. I hope that April 2025 starts a new chapter to my time on Wikipedia.
