77th anniersary feb.25th 2019 Still NO "why" this happened ver Los Angeles! War Nerves is one explanation. Feb.20th 1942 the Oil fields pf Ellwood, Ca.(outside of Goleta/Santa barbara,ca) were shelled ! So the Pacific coast was in a state of of nerves!
