Duncan Fraser as born in Penicuik Scotland in 1945 his first job in the motorcycle industry was with F, Manley and Sons, the Honda Motorcycle distributer in Toronto Ontario. From there he moved to Vancouver to work with the Western Honda Distributer Clark Simkins. it was while helping the famed Czechoslovak speedway champion Franta Juhan open The Honda Centre in Vancouver in 1966 that he befriended Franta's son Frankie Juhan. Duncan and Frankie were seen together at major tracks in Canada and the USA with Frankie winning races and Duncan spinning wrenches. Duncan has raced motocross, ice raced and even tried flat track. After leaving Honda Duncan went back to college to pursue his second love, communications and computers. He worked with British Columbia Rail Communications until joining Mike Bartlett and Computerland. He stayed in the computer industry until becoming the CEO of TVI Interactive which he took public. After that intense, explosive and intellectually rewarding period he again rejoined Frankie Juhan at the Honda Centre. Frankie Juhan has retired and the business is lessened by his absence.
