- When evaluating the correlation between personality and financial satisfaction when personality is defined solely on the basis of the big five model and excludes affect, there are different predictive outcomes than when evaluating the relationship between personality and financial satisfaction when personality is evaluated using a model which combines affect into the big five model.

Article evaluation:
I chose the article title "Dispositional affect" from the list of suggested articles for this course. It was rated S for "start-class," which indicates to me that there is room for improvement to be made.
The talk page was a good resource for me to better identify weaknesses of the S-rated article. The talk page conversations included editing the article to include more citations throughout the article where needed, specifically in the 'Conceptual distinctions from emotion and mood' section. The talk page also includes a note about the first paragraph referencing pink vs black lens. I also found this confusing as the lens topics is not discussed further in the rest of the article and the vague mention of the lens topic in the first paragraph did not contribute better understanding of dispositional affect to me, as a reader.
There are also some content gaps in the article, including
Overall, I think there are a few grammar or sentence structure changes that could be made to aid in the flow of the article. A few little changes I think could improve the article include:
- change the word "unconscious" to "subconscious" (first paragraph).
- reword the "that is why this topic is important..." - maybe could be stated more like "the correlation between affectivity and many typical everyday influences make it a relevant research topic in social and organizational psychology." (first paragraph)
- in 'Conceptual distinctions from emotion and mood' section, change "good light" and "dark light" to terms that are more scientific or straight-forward and less cliché.
- redundant sentence (third sentence) in beginning of 'Dimensions' section (first paragraph)
I noticed a relatively big content gap - I think there could be more content added that can better relate the Big Five traits to dispositional affect.
