My kill-death ratio isn't negative, it's just experiencing rapid, tactical respawns... very, very frequently.

Spend ages crafting the 'meta' loadout, only to die immediately and spend the rest of the match using whatever the enemy dropped. It's called recycling.
My reaction time is fine; lag compensation just enjoys giving the enemy team a head start directly into my spawn point.
