Jay Charara

Author Philosopher and Psychologist.

Jay is a notable Organisational Psychologist and retired University Professor having previously taught on the subjects of Psychology Leadership and Organisation.  He has authored many books, papers and articles and conducted many studies in the field of team , group and social organisation with thousands of participants . His Professional career is in Consulting, Leadership and Organisational and Cultural Change in both public and voluntary sectors.

Jay has 2 Children and has been involved in Jewish community leadership for over 25 years- first as an Executive member of Jacksons Row Synagogue, where he conducted a major survey on Shul engagement, Co chair of the Hindu Jewish Association ,Vice Chair of the World association Morocco Israel Chair of of the JCFT foundation , Deputy at the Board of Deputies , Adviser to Andy Burnham Mayor of Manchester in Recent Equality .and sits on the Bishop’s of Manchester faith Board.
