In reviewing the page "Emotional Support Animals" on wikipedia as well as the talk page of suggested edits it does appear that there is some language that is less factual and more opinion based that could be adjusted just by word choice to make it more professional as well as more unbiased.
It does appear that there are some piece of information about registered service animals that perform a task for medical purpose that is inaccurate or slightly off. This is another piece that could be changed.
There is a need for more support in the pro of ESAs as well as a place for controversies in the work place. It does not appear that the sources I have found are being used so that will be a good addition to the information posted in ESA.
