Skype- Skype is a free video conferecning tool and chat option. It is easy to use and includes a tutorial why you download it. I think it would be a great tool to use in and outside of the classroom. It requires acess to the internet. It is great for students with visal imparments as with the right equipment you can hear each other. It is also useful for students with hearing imparments as you can chat with each other. I think it is a great way for students to interact with people from all around the world. It is also a great tool for students to interact with each other or the teacher face to face outside of the classroom.

Diigo Diigo is a great toolbar. It allows students to save webpages they have visited and highlight what they have found interesting. I find it to be useful. It does take some getting use to but other than that it is a good tool to use. It is similar to highlighting and dog earing a page in a book. I would use this in my classroom. I am not sure if it allows for individual user settings or if you were to log on to a computer with your personal information if Diigo would only save your information. In a class of 30 it could get confusing if it is not well organized.
