Jeffrey Brian Oddo

Jeffrey Brian Oddo is an American entrepreneur, author, and public speaker, known as the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of City Wide Facility Solutions, a national management company in the building maintenance industry based in Lenexa, Kansas.

Early Life and Education:

Jeff is the son of Frank Oddo (founder City Wide Maintenance in 1961) and Elizabeth Oddo. Jeff earned his BS in Construction Science and Engineering from Kansas State University in 1988.

Career:

In 1996, Oddo took over leadership of City Wide Maintenance, initiating a transformation focused on customer service, vendor relationships, and growth strategy. In1998, he changed the business model from being “just a janitorial” company with all in-house labor to a management company that provided more than 20 different services for commercial properties via a network of independent service providers. In 2001 Jeff reinvented the company again and launched a franchising model that expanded the footprint across the U.S. and Canada. As of May, 2025, City Wide operates in over 105 locations and manages services in more than 1 billion square feet of facilities each night.
