WWE

Raw, United States Champion (2020-2021)

On the Raw after WrestleMania 36, Tony Quinn would make his WWE debut, defeating Apollo Crews. He would defeat Apollo Crews once again at WrestleMania Backlash, ending their short rivalry. In August, he would win a Battle Royal, earning the right to challenge for the United States Championship at SummerSlam. At the event, he would defeat Austin Theory to capture the title, retaining the championship in a rematch at Clash of Champions as well. He would retain the title once again after defeating Dolph Ziggler just six days before Survivor Series. At the event, he would be defeated by SmackDown's Intercontinental Champion Big E. At TLC the following month, he would lose the championship to MVP, ending his reign at 120 days, being defeated in a rematch on the following night's Raw as well. In early January 2021, he would win a Royal Rumble Challenge, qualifying for the Men's Royal Rumble Match, being the 17th entrant, lasting almost 20 minutes before being eliminated by the winner Cesaro. At the Elimination Chamber event, he would take part in the namesake match, competing for the WWE Championship, ultimately being the runner-up, submitting to the champion Bobby Lashley. The following night on Raw, he would defeat MVP, earning the right to challenge Bobby Lashley for the title in a one-on-one encounter, ultimately being defeated once again at Fast Lane. The following night on Raw, he would defeat MVP, capturing the United States Championship for the second time, retaining the title in a rematch two weeks later on Raw, ending their feud. He would then enter a feud with AJ Styles, defeating him to retain the championship at WrestleMania 37. At WrestleMania Backlash, he would defeat AJ Styles once again to retain the title, this time in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match. At Money in the Bank, in their final encounter, he would lose the championship to AJ Styles in a Hell in a Cell Match, ending his second reign at 119 days, as well as ending their feud. He would then enter a brief rivalry with Seth Rollins, defeating the latter at SummerSlam in a match that would be rated 5-stars.

SmackDown, various feuds (2021-2022)

In October, he would be drafted over to SmackDown, defeating Mustafa Ali in his SmackDown in-ring debut. Sometime later, he would win a Battle Royal, qualifying for the Men's Survivor Series team, where they would defeat Team Raw in a clean sweep. He would then enter his second Royal Rumble Match in January 2022, being the very first entrant, lasting 35 minutes before being eliminated by Damian Priest.
