Ivorycoast / coted'ivoire
[edit]Wikipedia appears to have decided to call this country Ivory Coast, we have two templates that are at Coted'Ivoire. I therefore propose the creation of two new templates under the IvoryCoast name and then the two existing templates being redirected to these templates.
