Hello, and welcome to my user page! I am an employee of Zumper looking to create a Zumper article. I'm aware this makes me a connected contributor and potentially a COI editor. I will make this clear on the relevant Talk pages and will engage with editors through edit requests while deferring to the judgments of non-COI editors.
