Question

[edit]

Are you related to User:Sewnbegun and their other accounts? For someone who only has 62 edits, you made a lot of drastic changes in List of X-Men members, and doesn't look like they are made by someone who just joined Wikipedia last month. That article has a history of sockpuppet accounts, with at least five accounts blocked for sockpuppetry - which is why I'm suspicious when newly created accounts edit that article. Not sure, if you have read my message as I saw another edit from you, after I posted my message. I'm just letting you know, I messaged you here, as I would like to see/read your response/reaction first before I make a sockpuppet investigation report. If you could write those lengthy edit summaries/edits in that article, you surely could respond to a simple question. Hotwiki (talk) 12:54, 29 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Hotwiki Yes, I am, no need to conduct sockpuppet investigation. You can also report me and revert all my edits due to block evasion. I don't have any grudge because I want to contribute to Wikipedia especially lists. By the way thanks to you, I have learn so much about Wikipedia policies. But we really never talked about the changes in this page because you always reverted my valid edits like Wolf Cub's exclusion, etc. Hopefully we can talk about those issue before you report me. I also many secondary sources for publication dates if want, we can talk about those. Arborgenus (talk) 13:04, 29 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
1. When Young X-Men team was made, they were trained Donald Pierce until issue #6 when all remaining members really became X-Men in trainees by Sunspot and Mirage. Wolf Cub had died before that issue and the handbooks also mentions issue #6 as their joining dates. Arborgenus (talk) 13:09, 29 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Nekivik per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Nekivik. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
