[edit]What you have in the proposed outline is a dramatic improvement from the current article. I also wonder if you could add a note on how it differs from ASL and BSL, as well as Auslan, NZSL, etc.
I wonder about the proposed education section. I agree language deprivation and bilingual-bicultural education are important to discuss. MCE and SEE are used (still to this day) in schools to teach reading. Kristen Diperri did some research on MCE and SEE in regards to reading comprehension.
