After reviewing the article, I can clearly see what you are talking about due to the headings. Based on what I read, everything written is relevant to the topic. I think information given was neutral, however I believe they were a little short and information was not enough. Citations supported your statements and they all worked. One thing author can do is reread and review their article to make grammatical and spelling checks to make it flow better.
