The Jazz Age was a period in the 1920s and 1930s in which jazz music and dance styles rapidly gained nationwide popularity in the United States. Pictured above are four patrons and a flapper in 1921 awaiting the opening of the Krazy Kat Klub, a speakeasy.

Unblock request

[edit]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I have no clue as to why i was banned. I've been an active editor with auto wiki rights for 10+ years, true semi-active as of late. Only thing i can think of is I'm living in a halfway house (group house) and have had tons of moves around because of homelessness. Perhaps i was on a VPN and I apologize if so, it with no intent or maliciousness. I would humbley appeal my ban and would like a further explanation for my benefit.

Decline reason:

It's nothing personal. But for whatever reason, if one tries to edit using a VPN, it takes 24 hours to reset before you can use a non-VPN IP. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 22:19, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Hexahydromethamphetamine has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

"The person who has reverted my edits and the person who originally created this redirect page in 2008 (emphasis on 2008) is unfortunately mistaken. Hexahydromethamphetamine is not a term used for Propylhexedrine, and no modern link to it exists on PubChem. A LEGACY RECORD meaning it is ARCHIVED and should NOT be used for up-to-date information exists that uses Hexahydromethamphetamine to refer to Propylhexedrine; https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/substance/160967883 and has not been updated since 2013. Please note that the source that I have been using for "Hydromethamphetamine" as a synonym for Propylhexedrine is https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/Propylhexedrine and is actively updated and maintained with the latest edit being 2025, the earliest use of Hydromethamphetamine is 2005. I have reason to believe that Hexahydromethamphetamine is not used in the modern day. Please remove this and please cite your sources if you are to revert this."

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
