[edit]

Some of your images or media files have been listed for deletion. Please see Wikipedia:Files for deletion/2012 February 8 if you are interested in preserving them.

Of course, if you are in fact Andrew Garcia Phillips, the owner of chartball.com, then please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials on directions on how to donate your material to Wikipedia. If you are not him nor affiliated with his web site, then please see the directions on Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission instead. Thank you. Zzyzx11 (talk) 04:46, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Either way, Wikipedia's volunteer response team is going to need some sort of verification from Mr. Phillips that he will be giving Wikipedia a non-exclusive license under Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License (CC-BY-SA) and the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) (unversioned, with no invariant sections, front-cover texts, or back-cover texts) to use these images. In other words, the material can be used freely by Wikipedia AND its downstream users, and that such use might include commercial use, for which the contributor is not entitled to royalties or compensation. And it may be subject to continuous editing by the Wikipedia community, including being added to, subtracted from, rearranged, split, translated into other languages, and changed in other ways. Because one of the things that will happen in the future, if he does indeed grant this permission, is that the digital watermark on those images (the chartball.com credit on the bottom) will be removed because it is in violation of Wikipedia's image use policy. Thanks. Zzyzx11 (talk) 05:46, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Super Bowl XLVI diagram by Chartball.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 15:02, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
