Fog collector Fog collection Warka Water
The article has a lot of information about fog fences and has good headings to talk about. How do fog collectors compare to other forms of water collection? I think this could be put into the Advantages and Disadvantages section. Where were they first developed? You briefly mention the Inca Empire, and I think it would be beneficial to expand on the history of the fog collector. I also changed the order of the sentences in the introduction, and moved the Inca Empire sentence to a different place. Overall, I would suggest changing the organization a little (I changed it to what I thought could work).Helpmechooseusername (talk) 14:05, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
I think there's a lot of condensed information, but there is also some to expand on. Most of my questions are efficiency related, but I think some of the history would be interesting too. As for changes, I think the general order could be changed up a bit, so that Parts of Fog Collector goes before advantages/disadvantages (understand what a collector is before stating the advantages), and a section about history.Tigbergamaschi (talk) 14:17, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
This article has a good lead, but I wonder if you might include (in the opening) some measure of how much water these collectors can yield (you note the percentage of moisture that they can capture, but what does that translate to in water volume?). More in the history section would be helpful. This might provide you with some interesting background information: http://www.rexresearch.com/airwells/airwells.htm#fogfence. Also, I am somewhat perplexed by the Principle heading--could you clarify? Further, reordering the content might allow it to read a bit more intuitively (e.g. move the parts of the fog collector before advantages/disadvantages). You may also wish to add a section on current news/research on fog collectors. Amyc29 (talk) 14:47, 24 October 2017 (UTC)
