Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Alton College has been reverted.
Your edit here to Alton College was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://altonalternative.wordpress.com/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 17:36, 18 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent bold edit was reverted. Let us now discuss this on the talk page. This procedure is known as the BRD cycle. Please don't edit war by reinstating the edit. Let's see if we can find a consensus or request a third opinion if we remain in disagreement. Orange sticker (talk) 10:44, 12 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

What about. Why is my edit offensive? It comes from a reputable source and is a highly relevant point, particularly as regards the Prime Minister who was awarded his knighthood for his service as a barrister in criminal and human rights law. Mstevenskeane (talk) 11:52, 12 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
It's clearly not neutral, for one thing. Secondly the source itself is very questionable. Finally, you're continuing to revert when you should just be discussing on the talk page. — Czello (music) 14:21, 12 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
the Encyclopedia Britanica is a definitive guide and not open source edited, you are wrong Mstevenskeane (talk) 14:27, 12 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Please see WP:BRITANNICA. Its reliability is questionable, not "definitive". — Czello (music) 14:37, 12 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
