  1. Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Wikipedia has a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia, as you did to Jim Morrison, makes it harder to read. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. LiveJournal rants aren't acceptable sources, per Wikipedia's attribution policies. - Kathryn NicDhàna 05:23, 13 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  2. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Jim Morrison. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Again, stop linking to your livejournal rant (or whoever's it is). It is not an encyclopedic source. If you do not stop adding this link your ability to edit Wikipedia will be taken away, OK? - Kathryn NicDhàna 19:31, 13 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  3. This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Jim Morrison, you will be blocked from editing. uncited material leading to unsourced spam links are inappropriate. Trusilver 08:48, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

What’s written on your website about the death of Jim Morrison is pure nonsense and it’s absolutely unbelievable. For example, a person who’s got a large bruising on his chest and blood running from his nose is considered dead of natural causes, hence, no autopsy is performed; and an even wilder fantasy about death in some rock club where there was a large crowd of people who were “sworn to secrecy” and, most laughable, kept the secrecy – except one person (the self-proclaimed Jim’s “close friend”, who wasn’t even present at the Morrison’s funeral) – also, it contradicts the previous statement, which’s written just above on the same webpage. Both the versions fail to explain all the other numerous widely-known oddities that followed the events, and, since they just fill the heads of those who read them with rubbish, they could well be considered spam. I introduce the version of death in which all the facts are logically linked with each other, and all these facts are widely known: these are only the facts that were previously published in the official books and well-known documents – and the documents are cited on the webpage linked. Considering all that, I think that the blocking is unjustified, and I must be unblocked. I also think that these strange people, who seem to have no other business than monitoring this webpage continuously, should be prohibited from deleting the corrections that I make. I hope I make myself clear. One shouldn’t get in the way of truth, as for many years famous experts stated that the Sun is spinning around the Earth. According to your website’s policy, that should have been stated to the present day.

Decline reason:

You have been blocked for repeatedly changing information in Jim Morrison without offering any source more reliable than a blog, and for linking to a blog in a way that violates the external links guidelines. Your request for unblock does not indicate that you plan to stop doing that. When your block is finished, remember that a blog is not a reliable source, and that ignoring warnings from other users is rarely a good idea. — FisherQueen (Talk) 14:54, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
